We have a 30 Day Return Policy.  Returns should include the order number,  original product packaging, the item that Low-Priced-Parts.com shipped and be in the same condition as originally shipped in.  If returning a NEW item, the item should be returned in an unused condition with the original product packaging and within 30 days of the RMA being issued.  If returning an item purchased as a USED item, the item should be returned in the same used condition and include the original product packaging.  Items returned should be the item that Low-Priced-Parts.com shipped to the buyer.  Buyer agrees Low-Priced-Parts.com may reject any returns that do not meet the above criteria.  A rejected returned will be held for 14 days to provide time for the returning party to make new shipping arrangements; such shipping arrangement will be at the returning parties cost.  All returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
