Low-Priced-Parts.com offers No Hassle Returns. We have a 30 Day Return Policy. Returns should include the issued RMA, original product packaging, and in the original condition. If returning a NEW item, the item should be returned in an unused condition with the original product packaging. If returning an item purchased as a USED item, the item should be returned in the same used condition and include the original product packaging. Items returned should be the actual item that Low-Priced-Parts.com shipped to the buyer. Buyer agrees Low-Priced-Parts.com may reject any returns that do not meet the above criteria. All returns should be received by Low-Priced-Parts.com within 30 days from the issued RMA or 30 days from receipt of the item. A rejected returned will be held for 14 days to provide time for the returning party to make new shipping arrangements; such shipping arrangement will be at the returning parties cost. All returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
